During next week, we expect to conclude an agreement for members to benefit from a 20% reduction in conveyancing fees  - a saving of £100.

In due course you will be provided with a membership card to show your Trust affiliation. In the meantime, it might be useful to carry some correspondence from the Trust; additionally, we can authenticate your membership by phone or e-mail. 

The Trust has contacted these companies in the hope of both supporting the local community and providing a thank you to its members.

The Trust has no expertise in assessing the value or proficiency of the involved businesses and so you should make your own assessment as to the suitability and capability of any you choose to use.

We do encourage you, however, to provide feedback on the service you have received as this will be of use to other members.
